The Alzheimer Society's mission is to support and inform people affected by Alzheimer's disease. Each race, we try to give back some of our profits to this organization (187,000$ since 2013). Today because of each of you, we could raise a lot more to support the cause!
YOUR GOALS
New this year: Raise funds and run for free!
As you know, the Desjardins Pointe-Claire Half Marathon has been raising money in support of the Alzheimer Society of Montreal Island for four years now.
To encourage you to participate in the fundraiser, we will refund 100% of the amount of your registration if you raise a minimum of $500/runner.
It may seems like a lot, but by using the fundraising platform's Facebook sharing tool, your friends and colleagues will help you reach your goal quickly!
For teams: If you want to form a team, it is also possible to be refunded 100% of the registration fees as explained in the following example:
Your are a team of 4 and you have managed to collect a total amount of $2000 ($2000/4 = $500/runner). We will refund all of your registration fees.
